- Leaving the resource available where we determine that removal is not justified; or

Reports are assessed based on the information available to us and applicable legal requirements.
The DSA requires providers of hosting services, where applicable, to provide users with information about decisions to remove or restrict their content and the reasons for those decisions.
PixSector may publish graphic resources supplied by individual contributors.
Contributors normally contact PixSector by email. We manually review submissions before deciding whether to publish them.
Where a contributor's resource is accepted, we obtain permission from the contributor by email to publish and distribute the resource through PixSector.

PixSector uses artificial intelligence tools in the creation and preparation of some website content.
AI tools may be used to:
- Generate original graphic resources;
- Remove backgrounds;
- Enlarge or upscale images;
- Remove objects;
- Perform generative filling;
- Assist with colour correction;
- Create or modify images;
- Assist with resource descriptions;
- Assist with titles;
- Assist with SEO metadata;
- Assist with articles; and
- Assist with tutorials and other written material.
PixSector may use third-party AI systems, including tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
Where PixSector publishes a graphic that has been generated using AI, PixSector identifies the resource as AI-generated.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material may also be reviewed and edited by a human before publication.
The use of an AI tool does not necessarily mean that every part of a resource was generated entirely by AI. Some resources may contain a combination of human-created and AI-assisted elements.
PixSector may accept AI-generated or AI-assisted graphic resources from contributors.
All such submissions are subject to manual review before publication.
Contributors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit material to PixSector and authorize its publication.
Where appropriate, PixSector may identify a resource as AI-generated or AI-assisted.
PixSector may use AI tools to assist in preparing resource descriptions, titles, SEO metadata, articles and tutorials.
AI-generated text may be reviewed, edited or supplemented by a human before publication.
PixSector does not intend to publish AI-generated material on matters of public interest without appropriate human editorial review where the applicable AI Act transparency requirements require such review or disclosure.
PixSector aims to comply with applicable transparency obligations under the EU AI Act.
Article 50 of the AI Act includes transparency obligations concerning certain AI-generated or manipulated content. These obligations apply from 2 August 2026. The European Commission's guidance distinguishes between obligations applying to providers of AI systems and obligations applying to deployers of AI systems.
PixSector primarily uses third-party AI systems rather than developing and placing its own general-purpose generative AI system on the EU market.
Where PixSector acts as a professional user (deployer) of an AI system, it will apply the transparency measures relevant to the particular use of that system.
For example, where applicable, PixSector will provide clear disclosure for AI-generated or manipulated content that falls within the AI Act's transparency requirements, including applicable requirements concerning deepfakes and certain AI-generated text.
The AI Act also distinguishes between machine-readable marking of AI-generated content by providers of generative AI systems and disclosure obligations applicable to deployers. PixSector does not claim to be the provider of the third-party AI systems it uses merely because it uses those systems to create content.
PixSector maintains human involvement in the editorial process.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content is not automatically published solely because it was produced by an AI system.
PixSector may review, edit, reject or remove AI-generated content before or after publication.
PixSector may remove a graphic or other material where, for example:
- It is reported as potentially illegal;
- There is a credible copyright or intellectual property concern;
- The contributor does not have the necessary rights;
- The material violates PixSector's Terms and Conditions;
- The material contains misleading or prohibited content; or
- Removal is otherwise appropriate under applicable law.
Where applicable DSA obligations require a statement of reasons for restricting or removing content, PixSector will provide the affected party with appropriate information about the decision.
PixSector does not currently provide a public account system through which users can independently upload and publish content.
Third-party contributors may submit resources by email, but publication is subject to PixSector's editorial decision.
This distinction is relevant when determining which DSA obligations apply to PixSector.
PixSector may update this page when its services, technology, advertising practices or applicable legal requirements change.
The date shown at the beginning of this page indicates when it was most recently updated.
